St John Fisher Catholic Voluntary Academy has a Roman Catholic religious character, which contributes to the ethos and values of the school community.

The school educates mixed pupils aged 4 to 11. It currently has 183 pupils on roll with space for 230, offering a broad curriculum across all primary year groups.

Ofsted last inspected the school on 24 October 2023, awarding it a Good rating. The report noted positive aspects of leadership, safeguarding and the school’s approach to pupil development.
