Chollerton Church of England Aided First School has a Church of England religious character, which contributes to the ethos and values of the school community.

The school educates mixed pupils aged 2 to 9. It currently has 38 pupils on roll with space for 50, offering a broad curriculum across all primary year groups.

Ofsted last inspected the school on 23 April 2024, awarding it a Outstanding rating. The report noted positive aspects of leadership, safeguarding and the school’s approach to pupil development.
